Returns

30 days from when the buyer receives it.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

All items purchased via Caravan and Camping Aus must be returned in its undamaged and original packaging and in the same condition as when you first received them.
Should the returns policy not be adhered to, any item purchased via Caravan and Camping Aus for returns may not receive a full refund.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.

Warranty

All of our products are covered by the Australian manufacturer warranty.
